Everyone loves brownies. Here is a recipe for a classic fudge brownie. If you like your brownies more like a cake , just add and extra egg.
1 stick butter
2 ounces unsweetened cocoa
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup flour
1/8 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Melt butter and cocoa in medium pan over low heat.
Stir together and remove from heat.
Add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Mix well then stir in flour and salt.
Spread mix into buttered 8 inch pan.
Bake until set about 23 to 25 minutes.
