Where can I find my favorite candy I ate as a kid ? Is this old time candy fresh ? Can I send my order to my business?
We know from time to time our customers have questions. We have supplied our most frequently as questions and answers for you. If you can't find the answer for you question just send us an email or feel free to give us a call and one of our friendly staff members will be glad to assist you in your needs.
Q: How do I find a candy I am looking for?
A: Oh that's easy. Just type the name of the candy you are looking for in the search box and you will be guided to that item. If you still are unable to find what you are looking for just drop us an email or give us a call.|
Q: Is this candy fresh ?
A: Many ask us this question. Yes this is fresh candy, this retro and nostaglic candy has not been sitting around somewhere for the last 25 years or so. We have shipments arrive 2 or 3 times weekly.
Q: Can you send me a catalog ?
A: We are sorry, but at this time we do not offer a catalog. Our products are hard to find items, what is here today, may be gone tomorrow along with many favorite nostalgic candies coming back. It is to hard to keep a catalog current.
Q: Can I order from your store or do I have to be a business?
A: Of course you can order from our store. Our business is for anyone who loves retro candy. Big or small, near or far we are here to please you.
Q: I am a non profit organization, do I have to pay sales tax ?
A: At this time we are only required to collect sales tax from orders placed in Wisconsin. If you are a non profit organization and located in Wisconin we must have a tax exempt form on file before you place your order.
Q: I am purchasing these items for resale. Do I have to pay sales tax ?
A: At this time we are only required to collect sales tax from orders placed in Wisconsin. IF you are a Wisconsin company purchasing products for resale we will need a Wisconsin sellers permit on file when placing your order to avoid having to collect sales tax.
Q: What is you minimum order ?
A: Our minimum order is only $15.00 before shipping.
Q: What if I only want one item that is under $15.00?
A: We are sorry, but our minimum order is $15.00. To be able to keep our prices down, we require a $15.00 minimum. On orders under $20.00 by the time packaging fees, credit card fees, etc are taken what is left doesn't cover our costs on your order. To keep our prices from going up, we do require the $20.00 order. On the bright side the shelf life on candy is months plus everyone loves candy so pick up what you are looking for and buy some for a gift.
Q: I am trying to place an order for an item, but it says discontinued. What does that mean ?
A: Discontinued means just that. That particular item as been discontinued by the manufacturer and at this time is no longer available.
Q: Why can't I find the candy I want locally ?
A: Many of the items we sell are hard to find candies, most are not available in local stores any longer. Don't worry you can still have your favorite treats, we can ship them right to your door and save you hours of running around to find your old time favorites.
Q: Can you tell me what stores in my area carries my favorite candy I ate as a kid ?
A: It's impossible for us to know what every supermarket, discount store or novelty store may carry.
Q: Can I have my order shipped to my business ?
A: Yes by all means. Please be sure to fill out the bill to and ship to section on the order form, also include the name of the business you are shipping to. This will avoid any delivery delays.
Q: Can I get a discount on bulk orders ?
A: We try to keep prices on our products competitive so everyone can enjoy the savings. On larger orders of $500.00 or more, we may be able to offer a discount off of the products, however not the shipping fees. These order due to the size will need to be shipped using the ground method for shipping.
Q: Can we come to your store and pick our candy up?
A: Sorry but we only have a warehouse and are not able to have customers walk in due to insurance regulations. If you are nearby however, at times we are able to make deliveries for a smaller fee.
