O'Ryans Village accepts Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. We do not accept credit cards issued outside of United States and/or if the billing address is outside of the United States. O'RYANS RETURN POLICIES:
O'Ryans Village has a 14 day return policy. These days are calculated from the date that you receive the order.
For obvious reasons some items can't be returned. The following list are items that are not returnable. This list does not limit items that are not returnable.
- Candy and Other Edible Products
- Seasonal Items are not returnable at all
- Damaged Items
- Special Order, Custom, or Made-to-Order Items
O'Ryans Village takes special care in the packaging of your order. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged merchandise, you will need to make a damage claim with the carrier first.
O'Ryans understands that sometimes your order just is not the way you had anticipated. With that in mind, each return request will be dealt with on an individual basis. If the item is not defective and the customer simply wishes a refund, we will make every effort reasonable to grant the customer a refund less a 15% fee for restocking. Initial shipping charges are not refundable. Customer is also responsible for return shipping fees.
All returns must be pre-authorized by obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).
To obtain an RMA, email firstname.lastname@example.org, type "RMA
Request" in the subject line and include the following in
body of the letter:
- Customer Name & Contact Info
- Invoice/Order Number
- Item Number or Description
- Reason for Return
No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Returns
must be received by us within 15 days of issue of RMA.
Any order that is refused, cancelled, cannot be delivered,
or returned without an RMA will automatically be charged
$25.00 plus shipping. Any additional charges we incur due to conflicting information provided by the customer, such as, but not limited to, innaccurate addresses, redirected shipments and input error, will be charged to the customer within 30 days of our being notified by shipping agent.
If you do not understand or agree with a charge from us showing on your credit card statement, please contact us first. Any charges disputed and/or charged back to us, will be assessed a $25.00 service fee plus the original amount. This fee is charged to us by your credit card company. So please, talk to us first.
Shipping charges incurred to return an order to O'Ryans,
whether defective or non-defective is the responsibility
of the customer. Any items sent "freight collect" will be
refused and sent back to the customer or your account will
be charged for shipping. In the event O'Ryans Village sends
the wrong product or order, a calltag will be issued for
shipment back to us.
All returns must be in original packaging. All documentation
including labels and tags must accompany return. Missing
items, accessories, or any discrepancies will delay due
credit and may result in forfeiture of part or all of credit.
Falsification of any part of a return will cause credit to be reduced by or account to be charged $25.00 plus shipping.
O'RYANS CANCELLATION POLICIES :
We understand that sometimes after you place an order you change you mind and decide to cancel you order. If your order is cancelled before before it was processed no problem nothing will be charged to your credit card. If you decide you no long want your order after your order is processed or shipped you will be charged a 25 % restocking fee and for the shipping fees to you and then again back to us as we will be charged by the carrier for shipping the package back to us. Package must be shipped back by either UPS or Fedex so there is tracking information.
Please note that all cancellations must be done over the phone and that your credit will be only for the amount of the candy minus both shipping fees and restocking fees.
O'RYANS SHIPPING POLICIES:
O'Ryans Village uses shipping tables provided by The United States Postal Service when "Priority Mail" is selected as shipping method. Fed Ex Ground costs are based on averaged zone costs and incorporated in to our Flat Rate Shipping.
Orders are normally received by you
in 3-7 business days, depending on your location and occassionally due to product availability.
shipping outside of the United States takes special considerations, and you will be notified prior to shipping of your order, the additional cost of shipping. Some items may take longer to receive due to availabilty, and location. We try to indicate these on the order page. Depending on the item, orders are shipped from different locations, items may be dropped-shipped from the vendor to expedite your order and save shipping costs, however, shipping costs are calculated
from our headquarters.
Order status and shipment tracking may be obtained by sending an us an email using your order number in the subject line and using the email body to direct your inquiry
and provide contact info. You will receive automatic updates to your order status via email when your order ships.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes
or addresses other than credit card billing addresses.
Please note on multiple item orders, due to inventory and
vendor, your items may arrive in different shipments. This
will not increase your shipping charges, but may cause
different arrival times.
