Jujubes Candy

Jujubes are an old time candy from the 50's. A fruit flavored ju ju candy in 5 yummy flavors. You get an assortment of Lemon, Lime, Cherry, Orange and Licorice bite size candies per box. These are known best for their rather hard chewy texture, somewhat like a gummy candy with and attitude.

These are one of many favorite treats found at your local theatre right along with snow caps and junior mints.

Jujubes have been around since the early 1900's and were first manufacturer by Heide Candy Company. In 1995 the company was sold to Herhey's , however since 2002 the Heide brand candy line has been owned by Farley's and Sathers.

Even though jujubes have changed hands through out the years there is one thing for certain. These old time treats still have the same great flavor now as they did then.
