We have set up the flat rate shipping to offer the best shipping prices available. It does take a day or two longer then ground shipping, however the prices are much cheaper. Please keep this in mind when placing your orders, if you have any questions please feel free to call us.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are generally shipped within 2 - 3 business days Monday through Friday. If your order is needed quick please put a note on the order in the comments section and we will do our very best.
Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Orders normally leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days of us receiving your order. Sometimes sooner. Actual time in transit varies upon your location. We are located in the Midwest, for example, Chicago would be 1 day, New York 3 days, Los Angeles 4 days and so on. Unless of course you chose an expedited shipping option.
Q: How do I know when my order has shipped?
A: Once your order is shipped you will receive an email from us with the tracking information. It is very important that you provide us with the correct email address when placing your order.
Q: What is air shipping methods?
A: Air shipping methods are either next day air or second day air. Which means you will get your order quicker then the usual 3 - 10 depending on your location. Please keep in mind that it takes a day or so to process you order and FEDEX only delivers Monday - Friday not on the weekends.
Q: How do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
A: When an order is placed going to Alaska or Hawaii, you will not be charged a shipping fee at the time the order is place. These orders must be shipped Priority Mail. Your order will need to be boxed up and weighted then the shipping fees calculated by USPS. You will then receive an email with the shipping fees.
Q: What are your shipping options?
A: We have a variety of shipping options available. You can choose ground, flat rate, next day air or second day air.
Q: How do you come up with your shipping fees?
A: We do not set the shipping fees, they are set from the provider. Whether your order is shipped USPS, UPS or FEDEX they fees are set by them. The fees depend on the weight of your order, distance and speed you need to get it there by.
Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes?
A: No we do not ship to PO boxes. Fedex nor UPS are able to deliver to PO boxes. We can make some exceptions when orders are being shipped to rural and remote areas where the post office does not provide postal delivery, however there will be an extra fee for a direct signature.
Q: Do you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
A: Yes we can ship to APO and FPO. These orders will have to be shipped USPS Once we receive your order we will calculate the fees to be charged by USPS. After the shipping fees have been determined, we will send you an email and let you know what the total fees for you order are. You must email us back approving the fees before we can proceed with your order. Please keep in mind - be sure to fill out the ship to and bill to section on the order form and remember that this type of order does take extra time to arrive.
Q: Do you ship International orders?
A: Yes we can ship internationally, however keep in mind, the shipping fees can be expensive and are set by the postal service and the country of destination, not us. Just place your order and we will get back to you. These orders will have to be shipped USPS. Once we receive your order we will calculate the fees to be charged by USPS. Once the shipping fees are determined, we will send you an email and let you know what the total fees for you order are. You must email us back approving the fees before we can proceed with your order.
Q: Can I get discounted shipping fees ?
A: We would love to be able to offer discounts, better yet ship for free, however we have to pay for every boxed shipped. The fees are set by the provider based on the distance and weight of your order.
Q: Can I have an order shipped as a gift?
A: Of course, we love shipping gifts, we will even include a personalized gift message if you would like. Just be sure to fill in the billing and shipping section on the order form.
Q: Can I ship an order to a business?
A: Yes we ship to businesses all the time. We just require that you not only fill out the ship to and bill to info, but also include the business name. If the business name is not included, many times there is a delivery delay along with a $7.50 address correction fee from either UPS or FEDEX. Let's say for example you are having it shipped to your place of employment and do not include the business name, your ship to address is going to look something like this:
123 Main Street
Kenosha, WI 53140
Now when the carrier gets to 123 Main Street he finds that address belongs to Hats Are Us Inc., now the driver isn't sure if there is a Jane Doe there or not. If your order would have been addressed:
Hats Are Us Inc.
123 Main St.
Kenosha, WI. 53140
Q: What if after I placed my order I realized my address is wrong?
A: Please email us immediately. If the order has not already been shipped we can correct it on our end. If the order has been shipped it is fixable, but it will delay your order and the carrier will charge an extra fee of $7.50 for an address correction.
Warm Weather Shipping
When It Gets Hot Outside ,Chocolate Melts. Melt able Products That Will Be Ruined By The Heat Need To Be Shipped 2nd Day Air or Faster. An Ice Pack per Item is Also Recommended Unless it is chocolate then you will need to add a few ice packs. O'Ryans Village Will Not Be Responsible For Items Ruined by The Heat.
Shipping items to warmer climates can be difficult during the summer months. Please make sure to select the appropriate shipping methods and add ice packs as needed.
There may be times we decide to hold your order when shipping to make sure it does not spend the weekend sitting in a hot warehouse. If we make this choice you will be emailed on the shipping delay.

We offer a variety of methods for shipping. YOU choose the method. Flat Rate or Standard Ground. Second Day Air or Next Day Air if you need it faster. Depending on where you are located, it may be less expensive to select Standard Ground. Other times the flat rate shipping is better, however that does take a day or two longer to arrive depending on location. You choose which is best for you. If you have any questions please call us.
To see which shipping method works best for you when checking out click on the different shipping methods to compare the different fees. The ground methods are based on the ship to zip code and the weight of your items. If your items are heavy and going to the west coast flat rate may be the best option, however if you are picking light weight items and shipping to the Midwest then flat rate may work better.
