Most everyone knows the movie Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. We have the famous Wonka Bar and the Everlasting Gobstopper just like in the movie. Just how long does the everlasting gobstopper last? I wonder if anyone knows. Forever? Try some and find out!
How many times did you talk Mom into buying Fun Dip for you? You spent all your time licking the stick into just the right shape so as not to miss a single drop of the dipping powder then crunched down the stick before running out to play. Mom would happily buy these as they were time consuming and gave her a few extra quiet moments in the day. Of course giving the sour Fun Dip to little brother or sister just to see their funny faces didn't make Mom too happy.
Pixy sticks were an old time favorite at your favorite playgrounds. How many of you would pour multiple flavors into a glass and mix them then try to put the left over powder sugar back into the paper straw? Powder was everywhere but everyone enjoyed cleaning their fingers!
The wonderful Wonka sour candies such as the Shock Tarts, Tart & Tinys, and Bottle caps seemed to be the boys favorites. Did you ever drop one or more of them in a bottle of pop to see what happened?
